Purpose and Private Ownership

Marshall County Released Inmates is an independent reference site. It does not store official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, or file a document with an agency.

Its pages point readers toward Marshall County and Illinois jail or inmate resources and may connect visitors to outside research tools. The site has no authority over those offices, databases, or providers.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site in a lawful way that does not harm people, systems, or other visitors. In particular, you must not:

• Violate a law through your use of the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Try to enter restricted systems or accounts without authorization

No Consumer Reports

Marshall County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service, and neither do its advertising partners. You agree not to use site information for an FCRA-covered decision, including:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment action
• Tenant selection or housing eligibility
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility

The site links to Sheriff and corrections resources, release records, government portals, legal-aid information, and outside search services. Those links are offered for convenience, not endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, privacy practices, data handling, or uptime. Review its own terms before use.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty that:

• Content is accurate, complete, or current
• Service will always be available without interruption
• The site is free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• A partner search will be complete or return a particular result

Custody information and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement by the Marshall County Sheriff, IDOC, a court, or another government agency.
